We are currently searching for a Planning and Controlling Specialist to work in Lausanne area, Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-national client.

The candidate will be in charge of contributing to the delivery of client's Solution projects for the decision support services community and providing a third level support service for existing solutions.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

Required Skills:

  • Experience developing and sustain SAP solutions in SAP-CO, especially COPA.
  • Business/functional knowledge, especially of Decision Support Services or Co-pilot roles.
  • Business Excellence exposure
  • Template/Solution experience, especially in COPA, Project System, Cost Centre Accounting
  • Project Management experience - planning, leading & managing through project
  • Leading a virtual project team without direct reports.
  • Functional knowledge on the primary process stream areas with
  • Professional knowledge/certified member of an accounting body an advantage
  • General SAP integration understanding across functions/modules

Key deliverables:

  • Develop new functionalities and to continuously develop and improves the client's Solution
  • Helps to structures and establish the approach in undertaking projects/initiatives based on the given project objectives.
  • Works on and delivers process improvement initiatives & projects
  • Collaborates with peers to provide solutions for business requirements considering end-to-end process optimisation.
  • Ensures that the principles in which the client's Solution has been founded - Best Practice Processes, Data Standardisation, Organization Systems & Technologies - are preserved.
  • Ensure SLO adherence in regards to incident resolution and provide regular reports to key stakeholders in regards to issues, actions etc.
  • Contributes to the formulation of team objectives
  • Manages their assigned projects/initiatives, priorities and schedule the associated work to meet the team objectives.
