For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a
SSAS/BI Developer for a Contracting Position
Your responsibilities:
The department serves the Private Banking unit with Business Intelligence Solutions and Sales tools for the salesforce. Microsoft BI tools are used extensively in the project with Oracle used as the primary database. We are looking for a Senior Developer to work primarily on Cube development using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). The business logic is complex and the developer must be familiar with working with large non-transactional data warehouses and managing complex hierarchical structures and be able to design, develop and optimise such cubes. The person should also be experienced with performance tuning both Load time and query time of SSAS cubes.
Required Skills:
- Excellent experience in Microsoft BI technologies especially in SSAS and MDX development.
- Experience working with large and complex cubes with hierarchical data
- Performance tuning and optimisation
- SQL and .NET C# and Oracle are beneficial
