For our client we are looking for aFATCA Project Manager (m/f)
Tasks :
- FATCA interpretation and requirements based on IGA Model 1/2 and Final Regulations (also including
- gap analysis).
- Adaptation of delivery objects for international Booking Centers based on Swiss delivery objects and revi ew of feedback from international Booking Centers: New Account Opening, Diligence Review, Individuals, Review of Prima Facie FFIs, support for guidelines development, Forms, Client letters, coordination with Wealth & Tax Planning, Training
- Strong link to Legal & Compliance Stream Switzerland
- Reporting of project progress, risks and issues to Global Program Lead
- Support of international roll - out (via Global Program Lead and local L&C streams).
- Stakeholder Management / Information
- Minimum of 6 years' exp erience in banking environment
- Business Project Manager
- Exper ience with FATCA
- Experience wi th Business Process Management
- Know - how with CRM Systems
- Good communication s kills
- Willingness to tr avel
- Readiness of mind with strong implementation skills
- English fluent, German
- Able to work in an intercultural area
