Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry.

We are looking for a Senior TLM Business Analyst/Project Manager to work in the Technology Security Solutions team. For this contract position based in Zürich Switzerland our client is looking for fluent German & English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Context of the project:
The responsibility of the division is to deliver an efficient, high quality set of end to end IT Services to deliver the benefits of the bank wide global reconciliation services to the wider Operations streams (across all asset classes and divisions).

The role is for a Senior Business Analyst/Project Mgr, with primary activities focusing on:
- Working in close partnership with our GRU Operations team to shape and implement the target of reconciliation processes for European Wealth Management locations.
- Develop a solid and efficient change management process, focussing on good understanding of requirements, best solution definition (best approach and definition of target rec tool), prioritisation and implementation.
- Translate business requirements into IT requirements
- Coordinate all reconciliation analysis and implementation processes (across operations and IT streams), as well as provide regular project status updates to senior mgmt.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate experience in a project environment or run-the-bank within banking operations, have good understanding of reconciliation/control processes and ideally, knowledge of the TLM reconciliation system..

Exceptional client service, communication (fluent German needed), influencing as well as planning skills are key for the success in this position.

Business & Technical Expertise:
* Expertise in reconciliations systems, specifically TLM, and all related functionality
* Experience in mapping business requirements into formal functional documents which can be used
to build reconciliations.
* Experience in designing/implementing of Cash, Stock and Inter System reconciliations
* Ability to analyse business specifications and translate this into technical terms
* Data Analysis

Product & Process Knowledge:
* Knowledge of the bank's products and businesses, including specific product knowledge
(Desirable)
* Knowledge of UBS systems ( Desirable)
* Knowledge of reconciliation process (mandatory)

Contribution:
The individual will be delivery focused and resilient: The extensive client base of product lines within Operations and the Risk, Finance and IT streams external to Operations will demand a balance between business diversity, client priorities and control integrity. Sound influencing and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.

* The candidate would be expected to have a strong understanding of banking operations

to be taken to achieve results
