- Providing daily support for customer needs and service issues to design architecture, to deploy and maintain middle ware and identity (authentication/Single Sign On) infrastructure functionality
- Performing capacity planning and performance tuning to prevent issues and minimize service disruptions regarding middle ware and identity infrastructure
- Performing system monitoring to ensure system operation health
- VORDEL knowledge is mendatory
- Very good English skills
