RoleHelp the user in the collection of business requirements
Project and design of functional specifications for the realization of an information system able to
satisfies the business requirements
Assess the impacts at IT levels on the introduction of new business requirements
Support with the development team during all phases of the project to ensure the quality of released
functionalities and adherence to the requirements
Define and design the test cases of the designed functionalities
Lead and execute functional tests of the designed system
Support the users in the execution of User Acceptance Test
Contribute to the analysis and applications troubleshooting
Major deliverable
Production of functional analysis documents, that is Use case Model, Use Cases, Business
Rule Specifications, screen Specifications, Non Functional requirements Specifications,
Project Requirements List, within the deadlines and of high quality;
Definition of test cases consistently with the produced functional specifications
Business Skills
Knowledge of key banking processes, with particular attention to the area of credit, debit and
prepaid cards
Experience in products / services catalogue, with attitudes to the products modelling related to the
credit cards
Experience in the Visa and Mastercard circuits area
Knowledge of CRM and Marketing processes
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in more Banking realities in IT on System Building and / or System
Integration projects
Work experience in the area of credit cards, both as Issuer and as Acquirer
Consolidated experience in the definition of functional specifications and tests, preferably marked on
RUP methodology and the modelling of use and test cases
Good interpersonal skills with developed ability to business Users
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong ability to work independently and to collaborate in a team
Fluent German / English (spoken and written)
Preferences
Experience on international projects, geographically distributed
Experiences with remote-controlled work teams
some experience with .net and Java
