eDiscovery Technology Specialist needed to join a specialist unit in an international bank. With excellent analytical skills and high level IT abilities you will be able to manage and support different cases from Legal by processing structured and unstructured data, provided out of archives and operational systems, in the banks Litigation Infrastructure to make it available for Review and Production. This is a highly skilled role for an IT expert with excellent eDiscovery knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Data Pre-Processing, eg Decryption, De-duplication, and Password Recovery
- Data Processing, eg filtering, keyword application, etc
- Support of Review, Redaction, and Production, conducted by In-house or Outside Counsel Work experience required
- 5+ years of IT experience in a financial services organization
Mandatory Skills
- Strong background in databases and/or document management systems especially using eDiscovery
- Strong background in databases and/or document management systems
- Experience with software development languages and Scripting like: SQL, Java, C#, VBA, Python
- Strong analytical skills and ability to filter and structure factual information for use in legal proceedings or investigations
- Outstanding team spirit and communication skills, ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- A strong ability to multi-task and manage varying priorities and projects and high attention to detail and accuracy
- English must have/German highly beneficial
Nice to have skills
- Knowledge of litigation support technology and/or e-discovery tool sets like: LAW, IPro, Concordance, Relativity, NUIX, Recommind, Clearwell
- Experience in litigation or internal investigative work, for instance in a compliance organization
- Work experience in the financial industry
As this is a long term contract, preference will be given to local, Swiss based candidates. It will not suit those planning to commute weekly.
