Clinical Trial Associate (CTA), part-time, Zug

An ideal first-position/ entry level positon has arisen within a leading Biotechnology company. The company is looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant (part-time/20h) to expand their multicultural clinical team.

This position represents a chance to enter the industry, and for an individual with a MSc, or a PhD you could have the chance to gain more experience of working in a Clinical Research team, before potentially being fast-tracked into a role in Clinical Project Manager or other Managerial functions within Biotechnology or the Pharmaceutical industry.

The primary responsibilities of the role include:

· Assist Clinical Team Lead (CTL) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) with accurately updating and maintaining clinical systems that track site compliance and performance within project timelines

· Collaborate with CTL on the preparation, handling, distribution, filing and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures. Assist with periodic review of study files for accuracy and completeness

· Collaborate with CTL on the preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and maintenance of tracking information

· Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow

· Act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence and associated documentation

· May perform assigned administrative tasks to support team members with clinical trial execution

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements

· University degree in life science or any equivalent

· Experience in administration

· Fluent in German and English

· Motivated and ability to work in a team
