Junior Business Unit ManagerWe are seeking to recruit a Junior Business Unit Manager for an exciting online Poker school based in Gibraltar. Do you have what it takes to make it to the next level?
Essential Requirements:
A passion for POKER: Strong knowledge of the poker industry and deep understanding of the needs of poker players.
Experience working together with a team of freelancers, with a great knowledge of online communities, content and e-Learning.
Key Requirements:
A hands-on attitude and possess an entrepreneurial, service-oriented mind-set.
Self-managing approach with proven project management skills.
Leadership experience with strong motivation skills and people management experience.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Outstanding education in Business or related.
Considered as a plus:
Excellent verbal and written Asian languages skills.
Solid knowledge about the Easter Asian market specific needs.
Your tasks:
The successful candidate will be responsible of building and support a high-performance team of freelancers to be the backbone of an education community. As the Business Unit Manager, you will develop strong relationships with poker players in your community and you will ensure that our local offer in your language community fully meets the needs of our members in that community.As Business Unit Manager you must ensure excellent cost-management within the business unit to maximise the value to the community from our investment there.
This is an ideal opportunity for highly capable individuals with a passion for Poker who want to enhance their skills and knowledge and be able to develop in to the role of Business Unit Manager within a mid-term period of time.
