On behalf of a major client, Harvey Nash is urgently looking for IT Supporters with Gmail/Outlook knowhow for a challenging project in Switzerland.
Project focus
Support, troubleshoot, advice and inform client's end-users regarding all aspects of Google migration; accept & document all kinds of questions and issues in this regards; solve and troubleshoot issues remotely and/or onsite and escalate issues to higher support team.
Main Tasks:
Accept all kinds of queries and fault reports from the users Record and classify the required information; analyse queries and answer technical questions, trigger workarounds Inform users in case of errors and instruct them about the correct use of the applications Train and educate users; explain product features and benefits of the Google Apps & associated tools (eg WebEx) to non-technical staff Create and maintain operating manuals, user guides, check lists and knowledge database articles. Special Requirements/Background:
Experience with Gmail, GoogleDrive and GoogleCalendar technic aspects Expert in Google and Outlook Experienced in end-user support (remotely and onsite), problem solving talent Excellent communication and presentation skills very good or fluent German, very good or fluent English are a must; French desired Flexibility for flexible working times and travelling to Western European company sites required, some teammates will have this duty.
