Data Integration and Virtualization Analyst
Data Integration and Virtualization Analyst required for contract based in Basel Switzerland
Tasks:
- Understand data model of the client database (Watson LIMS).
- Help our Datawarehouse team to import and organize data (data transfer specification, data mart design if needed).
- Implementing in Spotfire data visualizations using data from various biological domains, all correlated to DMPK data.
Skills needed:
- Fluent English
- Ability to speak to IT colleagues and biologists required.
- SQL/PL/SQL needed.
- Spotfire and Webplayer knowledge needed.
- Knowledge of standard coding tools a plus.
- Knowledge of DMPK data a plus (pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic).
- Problem-solving abilities, strong scientific curiosity and initiative is a plus.
