Hybris Developer
On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Developer
A leading organisation in Switzerland is looking for a Hybris Developer to join their team. The main responsibilities of this role will be to be a subject matter expert in Hybris, PCM and/or B2B, lead a team of 5 developers and have a proactive pre-sales approach on behalf client's needs.
We are looking for someone available immediately for 6 months renewable in Zurich.
English only is mandatory.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owns defining and documenting the technical solution architecture using Hybris
- Develops technical specifications and design documentation
- Defines coding standards
- Estimates technology activities and tasks
- Supports the project team in gathering and analysing requirements, guiding them to develop the most optimal solution for the client
- Supports/facilitates challenging client situations
- Lead a team of 5 developers
- Supports the client in infrastructure planning, procurement, installation and deployment activities
- Continuous improvement of the current platforms and tools while driving a change management policy
- Support, maintenance and development of business applications and products
- Ensure proactive pre-sales approach on behalf client's needs
YOUR PROFILE:
- At least 3 years of experience implementing a medium to large scale Hybris/eCommerce version 4.x
- Experience as Team Leader or Coordinatior of a team of Developers
- Strong Java and J2EE skills
- Must have client facing/sales skills and experience
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- B2B experience is a big plus
- Hands on, able to get to the code level if needed
