Application Support Consultant (Pharma)
Application Support Consultant (Pharma) required to support a new IT enterprise solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the roll out of the application including communication, documentation and installation support.
- Provide user support: answer usage questions, triage user support requests and facilitate the communication between the project team and users.
- Provide user training
Key Skills
- B.S. degree in Computer Science (preferred), Life Sciences or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in software development/software support of scientific applications in Bio-Pharmaceutical industry/laboratory environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with scientific clients.
- High learning agility, innovation, and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and in German or French
- Experience with connecting lab instruments would be an advantage
