For our client, a well-known IT Service Provider, we are looking for a
Linux/Oracle Engineer (contract)
Work place: Lausanne
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months +
Your task:
*provide 2nd/3rd level incident support for multiple Linux systems
*provide 3rd level system support for Oracle DBAs
*respond and correct the root cause of automated alerts
*assist to define and maintain the systems to approved standards
*automate the deployment of patches including hotfixes and services packs
*other tasks as required by the Incident Manager
Your profile:
*5 years experience in working with Linux systems
*knowledge of web technologies such as Apache, JBOSS, WebLogic is a strong advantage
*French and English working knowledge is essential
