Our Pharma client is looking for System Controller for 6 months contract for their Basel, Switzerland HQ office
Project Description:
Operating, controlling and monitoring the IT systems. Carrying out all operational processes and procedures. Ensuring that all ICT services and infrastructures are operated in accordance with the service level agreements (SLA).
Main Tasks:
- Carrying out all operational processes and procedures
- Ensuring that all ICT services and infrastructures are operated in accordance with the service level agreements (SLA)
- Executing and controlling the productive information processing
- Second level support of the service desk/help desk in case of incidents
- Handling and documenting exceptional situations and organizing workarounds
Special Requirements:
- Create accounts and manage access rights on mail systems following provided instructions.
- Provide support activities related to access issues.
Apply workarounds to resolve temporary customer issues
