Our client, a large financial institution based in Zurich, is currently looking for Recruiting Coordinators in order to support their day to day staffing needs on an initial 6 months contract.

In this role you will work closely with the business to recruit exceptional people and develop the individual talent needed to support our clients' continued success. You will also help to foster our clients' collaborative, respectful and performance-oriented culture.

As a Recruiting Coordinator you are acting as a point of contact throughout the recruiting process for candidates, clients and recruiter.

In this process you would be
  • responsible for all candidate administration within a specific region, for strategic / non-strategic professional hiring and GTP hiring (Graduate Trainee Program)
  • responsible for requisition creation and initial application screening
  • supporting in the organizing and managing of candidate events, assessments and interviews; schedule candidates and interviewers; and provide candidate and interviewer assessment packs
  • coordinating the gathering, documenting and storing interview and assessment feedback
  • responsible for coordination of pre-joining and onboarding activities, including requesting offer paper work
  • coordinating travel arrangements for candidates as well as their reimbursement
  • ensure excellent candidate care
  • responsible for all candidate and GTP data management and integrity, including input and updates into the relevant Human Resources systems
  • provide ad hoc support to Recruiting Delivery and GTP Delivery teams
  • act as 2nd level advisory for Human Resources queries relating to Recruiting and GTP Coordination

Preferred Qualifications
  • Min 1-2 years experience at an assistant or coordinator level within a large company would be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English are a must
  • Fluent in German, Italian or French would be an advantage
  • Affinity for learning
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Familiarity with HR process would be an advantage
