The role:
The client needs a Change manager who has several full life cycle in their history.
There are 5 key components for working in this change environment.
1) Organisational design, how the structure looks today, and after the ERP deployment into the marketing area, how the structure will look going forwards.
2) Strong SAP Mapping experience.
3) Change Engagement experience, making sure that the change activity, and organisation design are fit for purpose.
4) Understand training processes and how to set up a training function. (Not hands on training. Trainers will be hired)
5) Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written. You not only be looking at change from the management perspective, but also from a ground level or user level.
This is a key role and face to face interviews can be conducted this week while the manager is in London.
The hiring manager is looking for a highly energetic profile a person with a really exciting personality who really connects with the team.
