Application Manager/Senior Developer C#, Contract, Zürich
For one of our clients, a leader in the banking industry, Swisslinx is looking for an Application Manager/Senior Developer OTMS.
In this position, you would have the application and development responsibility for various C#-based applications. You main task is the operation (3rd level support) of the C# applications. You would interact with customers and add new requirements, handle the development.
In order to be considered for this position, you will have the following requirements
Experience of leading small projects, gathering requirements, writing business specifications and solution design, documentation of problems and the solutions
You are familiar with:
- Implementing Client-Side Scripting and AJAX with JavaS-cript and jQuery
- Create and configure HttpHandlers
- Accessing data by using Microsoft ADO.NET
- LINQ to SQL, LINQ to Entities, LINQ to objects, managing DataContext lifetime
- Creating and consuming WCF services (only HTTP-compatible), XML and JSON serialization
- Query and manipulate data by using LINQ to create XML or JSON
- ASP.NET configuration
- Debugging and deployment
Knowledge of security aspects such as authentication and authorization
Internet Information Server (IIS)
Expertise in SQL Serve r
Knowledge of banking product and processes
Fluent in German and English
