On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for a Recruitment Manager for a 16 month project in Switzerland.
The role
- Responsible for hiring of new employees
- Candidate sourcing: working as an internal consultant with line managers and HR Managers
- Screen for both internal and external talent
- Selecting candidates: screening applications, selecting shortlist of suitable candidates and forwarding them to the line manager
- Hiring: ensuring availability, screen rejected candidates for other suitable vacancies
- Identify preferred search agencies and working along with them
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Compliance with local employment laws, regulations and company hiring policy
- contribute to the HR network and exchange best practices
Requirements
- Min 3 years experience in HR, recruitment or staffing
- Understanding of business cycle and related recruitment requirements
- Knowledge of variety of sourcing and selection tools
- Experience applying assessment tools, designing compensation & benefit packages
- University degree in social sciences/HR/business or equivalent
- Fluent English and German required
