SAP APO/BW/Six Stigma/Lean - Project Manager - Urgent - Switzerland
My client, a global firm, requires an immediate placement for a Project Manager with industry focussed experience, who has come from a hands-on functional background in APO/BW SAP Business processes.
Fixed-term contract 100%
Assignment length: 9 months
Start Date: ASAP
Principle responsibilities
The function focuses on evaluation and implementation of new SAP based replenishment logics for finished products across the Company's network.
- Responsible process lead
- 9 months assignment mainly within EU (Switzerland, Italy, Belgium)
- Lead of a cross-functional team of representatives from Customer Management, Plant/Global Planning, Global Reliability and IT
- Responsible to identify functionalities within SAP/APO to address current replenishment requirements within our Fill/Finish network
- Implementation of new processes into our ERP system and respective roll-out to the main European sites in Switzerland, Italy and Belgium
- Active member of the Fill/Finish work-stream within the Global Planning Concept roll-out
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technical or Operations with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Project Management experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP R/3, APO, BW) and other cross-functional business processes common to the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing industry(s).
- Experience in process excellence (Lean, 6sigma)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft software packages (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access)
- Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries in an international environment through influencing, negotiating and partnering
- Flexible hours needed on ad hoc basis to accommodate working with different time zones
