My customer are recruiting a Technical Support Engineer to provide support services for there customer.
The role will require the consultant to do the following
- Working as a TSE supporting all customer issues.
- Coordinating issues faced by end customer in the live network on the Femtocell Gateway and getting them resolved in time bound manner
- Perform and report regular Health Checks of all the Femtocell Gateway nodes.
- Support of live & lab network at customer site on Femtocell Gateway solution.
- Coordination and resolution of new issues faced by customer during execution.
- Provide Emergency Support for the issues.
- Send Weekly report of activities to management identifying the top issues, completed and planned activities
My customer are looking for a consultant with some Femtocell experience as well as experience on working on 3G network.
German language skills would be desirable but not essential for the opportunity.
