For one of our clients, a leader in the banking industry, Swisslinx is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in their finance transformation program.
This role involves rethinking traditional processes, quality standards and sourcing options to find the ideal mix of risk appetite, data quality and cost effectiveness. The program will integrate traditional process improvement activities with business process outsourcing and technology renewal/transformation.
The main responsibilities can be summarized as follow.
- Design, syndicate & agree CDC implementation patterns by process, OBI, region & application
- Design & develop target state interaction model so off-shore resources can be maximized
- Re-engineer current state processes to provide CID & CID-free processes
- Apply need-to-know policy framework to provide requirements input to technical CDC enablement
- In order to be considered for this position, you will have the following requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Finance transformation programs
- Senior understanding of best practice Finance processes and fast grasp on existing status quo
- Minimum 6+ years of change management practice applied in communications & process modelling
- Minimum 10+ years of process design and documentation
Language: English must have, German is a plus
