Senior Business Analyst/Change Manager required for a leading financial services firm in Zurich, Switzerland. Project Overview: The project will involve the reform of the finance function. They will require someone who can rethink traditional processes, quality standards and sourcing options and find the ideal mix of risk appetite, data quality and cost effectiveness. The program will integrate traditional process improvement activities with business process outsourcing and technology renewal / transformation. Key Tasks:- Design, syndicate & agree CDC implementation patterns by process, OBI, region & application Design & develop target state interaction model so off-shore resources can be maximized Re-engineer current state processes to provide CID & CID-free processes Apply need-to-know policy framework to provide requirements input to technical CDC enablement
Relevant Skills:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Finance transformation programs Senior understanding of best practice Finance processes and fast grasp on existing status quo Minimum 6+ years of change management practice applied in communications & process modelling Minimum 10+ years of process design and documentation Languages: Must have fluent English (German desirable)
