For our client's Service Management Process Renovation Program, we are looking for a: HP Service Manager Developer
to perform development and configuration of business requirements in HP Service Manager, under the direction of the Service Manager Technical Architect.
Responsibilities will include:
- Development and configuration of business requirements to defined quality standards
- Creation of development packages and handover documentation to allow Operations to effectively promote the code to production
- 3rd level support for the following Service Center/Manager technical components: Knowledge Management, Master Data Interface, Automated Request Creation, Get IT, Connect IT, TEC (Omnibus, Omi) and Oracle
- 3rd level technical hyper-care and support for each Service Manager module post go-live
- Resolution of Incidents or Change Requests where code changes are required
- Execution of custom and vendor application and software releases and upgrades
Candidates applying for this role will be expected to be able to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Service Center or Service Manager developer role, preferably in a large and/or international organisation
- Recent experience of development of the Incident and Problem or Change Management modules of HP Service Center/Service Manager
- Good understanding of ITIL
This is a contract position with an international client to the end of 2013 in the first instance. The client is located minutes from Lake Geneva, close to Lausanne. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
