On behalf of one of our major clients, a renowned bank based in Zurich, Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a Service and Delivery Manager.
MISSION
You are responsible to lead and manage on behalf of the customer all aspects of the IT Infrastructure delivery for strategic Application Development and Technology Projects. To act as the trusted advisor ensuring that where possible all IT Standards are met. To guide the customer through all process's revolving around the delivery of TIS infrastructure. To ensure that all legal and regulatory steps are covered.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support Account Managers with estimates on infrastructure requirements for each initiative
Act as "Trusted Advisor" to the Application Development and Technology departments providing guidance on IT Standards
Assist the customer with IT Infrastructure design that meets their requirements while at the same time following TIS standards
Guide the customer through the procedures and processes
Ensure delivery of the IT Infrastructure on time and within budget
Provide up to date reporting to management of activities
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Solid knowledge of UNIX and Windows infrastructure including virtual environments
Solid knowledge of Network environment and Security considerations
IT Project management experience
Self-motivated with proven ability of working in team environments
Very good German and English skills
