Our client in the banking sector is currently seeking an experienced application supporter for its Zurich based operations. This is a second level support function in an ITIL-driven production/service management environment. You liaise with the 1st line support and application owners to ensure the smooth operation of various banking specific and non-banking specific application.
Your duties will be in the following areas:
- Service Operation
- Request Fulfilment
- Service Transition
- Incident Management
- Continual Service Improvement
- Reporting/Documentation
