Client Field Supporter
For our client in the area of Gland, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Support Technician for 6 months +.
Role background:
This delivery role is client facing. A key member of the customer Executive Care Team.
This is a Full time position on site. Able to work flexible hours to meet executive demands.
The basic tasks being completed daily are as follows:
-PC software support including troubleshooting
-PC upgrades, hardware and software
-PC deployment, installation and de-installation
-PC hardware support, break/fix
-PC printer support
-Video Conferencing support
-Conference Room Setup
-Blackberry Support
-Telephony Support
-PC/Network interface support
The role will require close liaison with customer Executive Care technician on site (supporting another 25 Executives) and the Global Executive Care Team.
Skills & experience required:
-Highly proficient in Windows-based operating environment, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems is a big plus to have.
-Advanced customer interaction skills.
-A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; MCP, MCSE, CNE or Network+ certification is preferred.
-6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
-Fluent in French and English
