Mission/Rôle:
One of our clients is looking for a 2nd & 3rd Level Support.
Your tasks:
- Creation, modification and removal of users account
- Manage the technical incidents
- Manage the Windows infrastructure
- Manage and support AD and Exchange
- Manage security groups on the network
Experience/Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience
- Very good skills on network
- very good skills in Active Directory
- Previous experience in the support
- Fluent in German and English
