Real Pharma have an immediate requirement for a Key Accoutn Manager to join one of Europe's leading Pharmaceutical companies.

The firm have three products on the market, and have offices throughout Europe and The Americas. Over the past 5 years they have seen expansive growth, and now require additional support in their sales function in Switzerland.

The primary objectives of the role include:
-to achieve sales through profiling, targeting, needs analysis and account activities related to key accounts in your own territory, within the marketing goals of the firm.
-Prepare and update, in coordination with the Medical Science Manager (MSM), business plans aimed at establishing, developing, managing and growing the firms business within individual key account settings.
-Play an active role in planning, directing and coordinating medical, marketing and commercial activities related to own accounts in order to raise awareness and demand for the companies products while increasing sales, profits and market share on a long term basis.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 4 of those years held in a sales or key account manager role. You must be fluent in English and German, and if you also speak French that is preferred. The person must be a self starter, motivated and have strong presentation skills.
