A leading pharmaceutical organisation with divisions in pharma, devices, health care and nutritional products are seeking a Manager of their Quality Control team within their Haemostasis business.Within the role, the successful candiadte will lead, support and develop teams of haemostasis and Biological Quality Control laboratories. It is a leading and managerical role, and therefore overall responsibility for results, including investigation of results out of specification, will fall upon this individual.
As the department head, you will assure that analytical methods are validated for intended use, and that industry standards- GMP, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, are adhered to throught the entire department.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in biochemistry or microbiology, or a closely related field and at least 5 years of industry experience and 3 years in a leading or managerial role. Knowledge of haemostasis is mandatory and critical to the role.
