An international client based here in Zurich is looking for a C# .NET Silverlight Developer to join the team. You will further enhance and develop the bank's trading platform for its key users.
General technical skills required:
- Has an in depth understanding of OO principles
- Is an expert in Silverlight and C#
- Has experience of developing software for a large Enterprise, including n-tier development
- RDBMS experience (eg SQL Server) helpful
- Has worked on applications with complex scalability and performance challenges
- Experience of the full project life cycle
- Understanding and exposure to Test Driven Development
- Nice to have - knowledge of Real Time trading platforms or other critical transaction based solutions
- Nice to have - Hands-on knowledge of investment banking products
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Committed to excelling in their job and passionate about software development
- A team-first attitude, ability to work from minimal requirements and a quick thinker
- Motivation to support others, to share information and knowledge and to work effectively towards shared goals
- Can explain complex ideas clearly
