For our client, a leading Swiss financial institution, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
Service Manager - Networks & Telephony
In this challenging contract role you will be responsible for managing services and projects in the areas of networks and telephony in an outsourced environment.
You will be dealing with a major telephony provider on a daily basis and will be in charge of reviewing incidents, problem and changes. Additionally you will improve control mechanisms for SLAs and will chase service providers.
The introduction of a new service catalogue for networks will be part of your responsibilities.
This is a contract position in Zurich .
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 6 months, with possible extensions.
The working language is English.
For this position we are searching for a Service Manager with network & telephony background (comparable to Cisco CCNA). You have previously worked in an outsourced environment and you have good command of Excel reporting and formula functions.
Knowledge of Service Now (SNOW) is advantageous. You are stress resistant, organised and have very good communication skills.
