Program Management Support
Tasks
- Track Phases, Status, Efforts of Initiatives
- Follow up with Project Team on project deliverables
- Monitor Resource Consumption against Budget
- Establish and Perform Time Management Process
Skills/Experience
- Experience in PMO roles for Global Projects
- Basic Understanding and User Experience of SAP
- Experience in key PMO tasks (Demand/Resource/Capacity Management)
- quality oriented and independent working style
- Ability to handle MS Office, MS Project, Lotus Notes
- Fluent in English
