On behalf of our client, an internationally successful pharma/biotech client located in Basel, Swisslinx is urgently seeking a Service Manager to manage and coordinate 3rd party suppliers for newly created IT Security Assessment Services.Are you looking for a challenging contract in a global institution?
In this role, you will be focusing on defining processes and frameworks to structure the newly created IT Security Assessment Services and the interactions between IT and other stakeholders. You will coordinate these assessments with internal Novartis Business (IT) Customers under the governance of Group IGMs-IT Security Operations Functions.
You will try to ensure rapid, accurate and efficient data processing of the organizational workload, but also contribute to the planning and development of policies and procedures.
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for an initiative, communicative and analytical individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the following qualifications:
- University Degree
- Min. 5 years experience in Service Management
- Strong Process Management experience based on ITIL
- Sound knowledge of IT Security is required
- Experience in Service Management within the IT Security Space is a strong asset
- Strong ability to handle complex technical issues
- Fluent English skills (written/spoken)
