Accountant's/CC CFO Special Projects (m/f)

The Corporate Center (CC) supports business divisions and regions through provision of Group-level logistics and control functions such as Group Technology, Real Estate, Group Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Legal & Compliance and Risk amongst others.

Special Projects provides financial reporting and analysis to CC senior decision making bodies focussing on specific high profile initiatives (IB restructure, Industrialisation, SLA framework for the newly created Group Operations organisation etc).

We are looking for an experienced financial analyst with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for senior management committees
Assist in design and implementation of new reporting framework related to recent structural changes
Perform tracking of performance against group targets (specifically cost savings and risk weighted assets targets)
Assist in the restatement of comparative figures for financial statement disclosure as a result of recent structural changes.
Assist in the design and implementation of a new cost attributions framework for Group Operations.
Perform ad-hoc analyses for senior management (eg cost and headcount development, performance analysis and review, scenario analysis etc)

This position is a high profile role that will partner with senior decision makers and provide ideas, observations, business knowledge and financial expertise in a fast-pace environment. The projects concerned are some of the most important that the bank is currently engaged in. It is thus an ideal position for an innovative and confident person.

Requirements
University degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting
Working experience in finance/controlling
Strong, independent personality with a can-do attitude
Experience in writing financial commentaries, management reporting a plus
Enthusiasm and a high level of self motivation to overcome obstacles and a positive approach in the face of difficulty
Able to work under pressure and comfortable with standing his/her ground
Strong influencing skills with the ability to have an impact at senior management level
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Fluent in English
Well developed teamwork and networking skills
Ability to thrive in a global and complex environment
Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills

- Availability: 100%
- Duration: 31.05.2013 (extension possible)
