Scope of responsibilities:
- Assist Global Demand Services team and business users with analysis of business requirements and determining the appropriate functionality to support the requirements
- Design technical SAP solutions and configure SAP as required
- Develop functional specifications as required to address business requirements including any modifications to SAP
- Develop any required verification and integration test scripts
- Perform unit testing on development objects
- Support the execution of integration test scripts
- Perform production support activities as required
- Support APO detailed scheduling, SNP
- Configure SAP APO - PP/DS, develop test scripts and prepare for deployment
- Develop functional specifications, test scripts and support deployment of new enhancements as required by business users
- Post production support for APO demand planning and detailed scheduling
- Diagnose and resolve post implementation production issues
