For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a

Business Analyst Lean Sigma

Scope of work:

  • Our customer is looking for a Technical BA to prepare current processes for automation. The work includes: Current state analyse; future state design; process documentation; and preparation and facilitation of UAT

    Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of process methodologies and efficiency techniques (eg Lean Sigma certification preferable)
  • Knowledge of infrastructure services
  • Knowledge of operational processes and tools (change, incident, problem, capacity, configuration management)
  • Facilitation skills across multiple organizations and across global regions
  • Experience in writing and executing UAT test cases
  • Language: German and English oral and written

    Ideal additional skills:

  • Project Management
  • OS: Windows, Linux, Solaris
  • DB: Oracle, SYBASE, MS SQL
  • Storage: Off line, on line
  • Web: general
  • Education: Bachelor Degree
