For our client we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst based in Zürich Switzerland
Scope of Work:
Technical BA to prepare current processes for automation.
The work includes: Current state analyze; future state design; process documentation; and preparation and facilitation of UAT.
Technical or Other Skills:
Required skills must:
- Deep understanding of process methodologies and efficiency techniques (eg Lean Sigma certification preferable)
- Knowledge of infrastructure services
- Knowledge of operational processes and tools (change, incident, problem, capacity, configuration management)
- Facilitation skills across multiple organizations and across global regions
- Experience in writing and executing UAT test cases
- Language: German and English oral and written
Required skills nice to have:
- Project Management
- Working experience in one (or more) of the following technologies:
- OS: Windows, Linux, Solaris
- DB: Oracle, SYBASE, MS SQL
- Storage: Off line, on line
- Web: general
Education: Bachelor Degree
