TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IGRP/EIGRP, STP, VRRP, HSRP, PPP, NAT, QoS, SNMP, VoIP, ACLs, switching and routing principles, Cisco Works and ACS, Packeteer: Riverbed: WAN technologies (xDSL, MPLS), ASAs, Checkpoint Firewalls.
Candidates are required to work on call duties as well as weekends from time to time and they do physical cabling (only a small part of the job).
