Administrative Support/Assistant/Pharma/quality/QM/QA/German

Our customer, an international leading pharmaceutical company, currently needs an experienced administrative assistant who will support the quality management team. This project is supposed to start ASAP and will last min. 6 months (there is an option to extend).

If you want to be part of an international team and work in a challenging pharmaceutical environment, we might have the right opportunity for you.

Your responsibility in this role is to deal with document management, organization of trainings, budget reporting as well as other administrative tasks.

For this challenging position you need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Experience in pharmaceutical environment
- Previous experience in administrative role
- Knowledge of quality management in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Strong organisation skills
- Very good knowledge of English and German
