An internationally recognised pharmaceutical company located between Zurich and Zug are seeking a Quality Manager to join their growing department. The department is a stabel environment, with very little turnover in the past 5 years. Growth has been steady and in line with market expectations, and year on year the company has improved market share and created opportunities for internal staff. They are a house hold name throughout Europe, and are benefiting from growth in the emerging markets of South America and Aisa.The Quality Manager will be responsible tfor the release of components and finished products, and will be accoutnable for batch review, batch record and the release of batches. They will also be empowered to manage the QMS, including the creation and maintenance of any annexes to the Quality Management system. The successful applicant will control quality related documents, support the process of returns, manage PQR's and support auditors in external and internal audits.
The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years experience in Quality Assurance. The role does not have staff responsibility just now so please be aware of this when applying. You should have a life sciences education and have solid knwoedge of GMP processes. German is a requirement for the role, and non German speakers unfortunately can not be considered for this position. Finally you should be a pro-active individual, capable of adapting and motivated by working in a fast paced environment.
