Lync Administraitor/Engineer
Our client, A financial provider in Zürich is looking for a System Architect/Engineer with experience in Microsoft Lync/Unified Communications Engineering, responsible for operations, analysis and implementations of Microsoft Lync Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support of whole Lync environment
- Administer/optimization whole Lync environment
- Deep dive analysis of logs/reports
- Statistics gathering on regular basis
- Enhance Monitoring solution SCOM
- MGMT reporting skills
- Key Contact to Engineering
- Enhance/tune monitoring and reporting
- Ensure LYNC consistency with other regions (AMER/EMEA/APAC)
- Act as Key contact on interregional conference calls
- Picket (on - call) during off-hours must be provided on regular basis
Experience:
- Powershell is a must
- Must have strong technical LYNC (enginnering) skills
- Must have Experience implementing unified communication such as Lync
- Must have Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory design, implementation and administration are required
- Must have excellent organizational (and project management) skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong networking/communication skills (Nice to have)
- Certification or excellent Knowledge of topics MCITP oder MCTS, Microsoft Lync Server 2010 und Microsoft Server Systeme (Nice to have)
- Strong background in networking (Firewalls, Cisco Routers/Switches, network protocols, VPN)
