SAP FI/CO Business Consultant
Experis AG is looking fo his client an international Company from the pharmaceutical sector in Zug for an SAP FI/CO Business Consultant for the beginning of February 2013.
PROJECT:
The cient has critical finance processes for his clients and Zug that are running on end-of-life (4.6c)/non-end state local ERP platforms.
The objective of this project is to address the end-of-life situation and to make a strategic investment that is in line with the client I/T ERP strategy by migrating these finance processes to the compliant (SAP ECC 6.03) ERP platform for Sourcing Pharm (EuRoPe2).
Project has been started in May 2012, GO-Live planned January 2014. URS and FS phase have been completed. Build phase to be started as from January 2013. UAT phase expected as from May 2013. Chosen project approach for Zug is a re-implementation on target system coupled with a partial data takeover.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities
- Consultant to work for the Swiss (Zug) part of the project only
- Support development of conversion approach from Legacy system to target system
- Define and support business on conversion related activities
- Support Finance on Chart of Account conversion activities
- Close collaboration and communication with J&J IT teams (local, Belgium, Off-shore)
- Act as key contact for both Zug Finance team as well as IT teams
- Progress monitoring and pro-active project management to support Business PM
- Support preparation of test scripts and other UAT related activities (SDLC methodology)
- Perform UAT testing together with key users
- Ensure finance process integration on target system including data transfer into SAP BI (BW 7.0)
- Provide support for authorization re-design activities
- Support GO-LIVE preparation as well as Hyper Care phase
- Support business in updating procedures and documentations
- Training of user community (max. 50 users)
Other Tasks
- Advise and support business in other projects/improvement activities
- Determines business requirements, translate into URS, conducts feasibility/impact analyses
- Provide ad hoc support for FI/CO modules (Daily business related)
- Support business in creating IT tickets
Technical profile requirements
- 5-8 Years of proven SAP R/3 FI/CO experience. Focus on FI.
- Proven experience in the area of R/3 system migration, conversion, ALE scenarios
- SAP BI knowledge a surplus
- Technical writing skills to support writing the proper UAT documentation according to internal regulations (SDLC 5)
- Working with internal tools being used by the client (eg DocSpace, Quality Center)

- Strong analytical, problem solving skills
- Very good communication skills. Able to translate "IT" language into business terms

- Ability to share knowledge across teams
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Methodology/Certification requirements
- Proven set of SAP experience/certificates
- Profound knowledge and expertise in regards of system migration/conversion
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. is preferred
Language proficiencies: English and German spoken and written
Assignment: February 2013 - January 2014
Location: Zug (almost no travel required)
