Hello,

I would like to discuss with you a position which may be of interest to you, we are looking for "Peoplesoft PM (HRMS)" for an urgent opening with one of our esteemed clients.

PeopleSoft Project Manager (HRMS)
Contract 2-3 months
Geneva

Start Date: ASAP - within a week/10 days max.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Manager should review the existing draft business requirements for the desired ERMS as well as the relevant modules in customer current PeopleSoft Human Resources implementation -(MSRP HR).
  • Project Manager should conduct and complete the fit/gap analysis to identify the requirements/features that can be met through MSRP and the gaps that exist
  • Based on the findings, make recommendations on the way forward, including estimating the efforts needed in terms of man-days
  • Project Manager should analyze and complete the existing ERMS requirements with the findings and recommendations from this exercise to prepare and finalize the MSRP functional specifications document that can be directly used by the development team
  • Project Manager should facilitate information exchange between IT department and the Emergency Capacity Management Service (ECMS) on software application scope, contents and objectives.
  • Project Manager should analyze and enhance existing documentation of processes and requirements.
  • Project Manager should analyze and document current use cases of the system and identify gaps.
  • Project Manager should document current and future business processes, using standard business process modelling methodology and notation.
  • Project Manager should specify the interface and data exchange requirements between MSRP-PS and other systems (ie, Learn and Connect).
  • Project Manager should provide input on the Emergency Roster requirements to the IT experts, supporting the translation of requirements into a solution design.
  • Elicit, analyze and complete existing business requirements documentation of TO BE processes of Emergency Roster Management System.
  • Project Manager should guide the definition of acceptance criteria, test scripts and procedures for user acceptance testing.
  • Project Manager should guide the creation of material for change management and training to support the roll out of the software application

Project management

  • Services to be provided
  • Project Manager should act as primary contact between the project team, external suppliers and Project Sponsor/Owner
  • Project Manager should liaise with end-users and manage project interdependencies
  • Project Manager should work with the ICT Project Office and Service Development in delivering project solution according DIST Project Governance
  • Ensure that the project is managed in compliance with the Customer ICT governance process and contact the ICTPO to schedule gateway reviews
  • Maintain a complete picture of the progress of the project at any time, monitor and report on project performance (re: schedule, cost, quality and risk)
  • Plan, manage project team and stakeholders and control the project scope
  • Prepare and validate or get validated the ICT project outputs, including the project management deliverables (such as project initiation document

Deliverables

  • Final Business Case (if necessary according to the level of the project) and the Project Initiation Document (PID) ready for ITBOC review containing:
    o Project scope statement
    o Work breakdown structure
    o Resources, time and costs estimates
  • Reports and make presentations of project progress
  • Updated business requirements documentation
  • Functional specifications for system changes and development

Profile

  • Senior Business Analyst and Project manager with solid experience in both software requirements engineering and software life cycle management.
  • Vast experience in PeopleSoft Human Resources modules.
  • Consulting and analysis skills.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions between IT technical professionals and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to find innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Technical writing skills.
