Job: Service Management Process Specialist
Purpose:
- Our client is looking for a Service Management Process Specialist for a long term contract.
- Driving key project deliverables (requirement gathering, design of process improvements, creation/review of standard routines)
- Updating Learning & Training material
- Coordinating testing activities
Profile:
- Proven expertise in Process design, Data and Software development in an international environment
- Incident Management knowledge
- Operational Experience with the management of IS/IT changes and releases
- Experience in communication and testing activities
- ITIL Foundation certification, as well as ITIL Change & Release, and ITIL Service Lifecycle
- Knowledge/experience of HP Service Manager and HP Quality Center would be a distinct advantage
- Languages: English mandatory (French a plus)
