For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a

Senior Technical Test Engineer

Scope of work:

  • Conduct performance, scalability and stability assurance, across a diverse range of application
  • Responsibility for analysing the dynamic behaviour of systems under load
  • Identify and resolve root causes of performance, scalability or stability issues

    Required Skills:
  • A graduate or postgraduate level of education majoring in Information Technology
  • Multiple years of software development experience in Java (JEE) and a good understanding of C
  • Experience in performance analysis of complex IT systems, covering technologies such as Unix/Linux, Oracle, JEE (any container)
  • Fluency in German and English

    Ideal additional skills:
  • Previous experience using load generation tools (LoadRunner, Grinder, JMeter, etc)
  • Interest in statistical analysis and the ability to convey this information into an effective reporting format
