Junior Project Coordinator
Edelway SA is a Swiss IT professional Services Consultancy with over 50 Employees active in Switzerland.
To support the development of our activities in the French speaking area (Geneva/Lausanne), we are now looking for a Junior Project Coordinator.
Starting date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months + extensions
THE ROLE
As a junior project coordinator, you will join the team and assist the project manager in the following tasks:
*Monitor work plan task completion.
*Produce daily and weekly status reports.
*Collect internal metrics to track BU stabilization after the go-live of a major systems implementation.
*Collect criteria metrics.
*Monitor open bridge line in command center after the go-live of a major systems implementation.
*Other miscellaneous project management duties.
YOUR PROFILE
*Past project management experience required, preferably with a global ERP implementation.
*Knowledge of MS Office suite, including MS Project and MS Sharepoint.
*Good communications skills and facilitation skills required.
*Business fluency in English.
