On behalf of our major Pharma client, Harvey Nash is urgently looking for a SAP Supporter for SCP/SCM/S&D for a project in Basel (Switzerland).
Main Tasks:
Enable end users to take full advantage of the system in an efficient and effective manner by providing 1st level support (S&D/SCP) Support running change requests Provide support related to interface with SAP - GTS Ensure best quality local master data and take corrective action where appropriate Establish process for SAP SD housekeeping Maintain and further develop ChemSAP System and related business processes Ensure up to date business process documentation. Analyzing problems (business processes, transactions, data, functions) Defining system requirements (functional/qualitative requirements) Analyzing the technical/business environment (workplace, target systems and platforms, framework organization) Create and maintain project documentation (test, application, user manual) Specifying and implementing interfaces. Requirements:
Profound knowledge of SAP SD module with detailed SAP system expertise Analytical and structured working style and experience in projects Sound knowledge of Supply Chain Process with focus on planning and logistics execution Flair for teaching of process/system related topics Expertise in development of business documents (user requirements, manuals, SOPs) Project details :
Start: 07.01.13 Duration: 31.03.13 (maybe few weeks of extension possible, to be decided later) Language: ENGLISH mandatory, GERMAN an asset Interested and available to start this challenging role in Basel?
