Currently I am searching for one of my global clients an experienced Project Manager to lead a Strategic Workforce Planning initiative as part of a global HR transformation program. The successful candidate should a background in HR business partner positions in multinational organizations with 10'000+ employees and have led similar strategic workforce planning projects in the past, from concept development through to implementation.
