Short Project description:
The task is to analyze, design, develop and deploy a new Private Banking application. This application supports Private Banking Relationship Managers by requesting special price reduction "Special Tariff Terms" (STT's) for their Private Banking customers. The system supports the whole life cycle of STT's. (request, approval, validation, renewal, cancel and execution). A second crucial part of the system is to regular monitor and report about the overall status of active STT's. Todays old system does not fit the sophisticated price models the business would like to use and it is only loosely integrated with the Back End systems. Private Banking has therefore decided to develop a new more efficient and higher integrated system.
Scope of Work:
- Lead of Business and RE Workshops and Meetings
- recording of essential information and conclusions
- minutes out of WS and meetings
- Business Engineering and Requirement Engineering Documents with a specification level detailed enough for developers
- Specification Documents for IT Developers
- Work together with Business and IT specialists and combine such skills
- Systematically discuss all relevant Business and IT aspects
- Derive the essential information and ongoing document it
- Focus on defining and agreeing a clear scope together with business
- Develop and compile large "requirement engineering document" out of the business requests - Being able and used to work and deliver autonomous
Skills:
- Strong Business and Requirement Engineering Skills. Candidate must provide seniority and skills to:
- Work together with Business and IT specialists and combine such skills
- Leading younger colleagues
- Systematically discuss all relevant Business and IT aspects
- Derive the essential information and ongoing document it
- Focus on defining and agreeing a clear scope together with business
- Develop and compile large "requirement engineering document" out of the business requests - Being able to work autonomous and to deliver
- Classical RE and Project Management skills
- Banking skills
- Good IT foundation
>= candidate must be fluent in German and English as many discussion with business are also held in German
Technical and other skills
- Business Engineering and Requirement Engineering Documents with a specification level detailed enough for developers
- Specification Documents for IT Developers
- Req. engineering methods as UML, Data Modeling, Decision table
